Unlike our Health Check service, which provides a general overview of system health, our Computer Diagnostics service delves deeper into diagnosing specific issues and includes basic repairs that may occur during the diagnostic process.

  • Diagnostic Testing: We utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to perform comprehensive testing of your computer's hardware and software components. This may include running diagnostic software to test hardware functionality, analyzing system logs and error messages, and performing manual checks to identify potential issues.


  • Issue Identification: Based on the diagnostic testing results, we identify any hardware or software issues affecting your computer's performance and functionality. This may include hardware failures, software conflicts, malware infections, or system errors that need to be addressed to restore optimal performance.


  • Basic Repairs: During the diagnostic process, our technicians may perform basic repairs or troubleshooting steps to address any identified issues that can be resolved quickly and easily. This may include reinstalling drivers, removing malware, repairing corrupted system files, or adjusting system settings to improve performance.


  • Repair Quote: If a repair is possible and recommended based on the diagnostic findings, we provide a detailed repair quote outlining the necessary repairs, associated costs, and estimated turnaround time. The client has the option to accept or decline the repair quote based on their preferences and budget.


  • Client Approval: If the client approves the repair quote, we proceed with the necessary repairs to address the identified issues and restore the computer to optimal working condition. The client only pays for the agreed-upon repair costs, and the diagnostic fee is waived in this case.


  • No Repair Necessary: If a repair is not possible or not recommended based on the diagnostic findings, or if the client declines the repair quote, the client only pays for the diagnostic fee. We provide recommendations for alternative solutions or further steps to address the identified issues, if applicable.


  • Transparency and Communication: Throughout the diagnostic process, we maintain open communication with the client, providing regular updates on our findings, recommendations, and any repair options available. We strive to ensure that clients are fully informed and empowered to make decisions regarding their computer's repair and maintenance.
