Hardware Transportation (If Applicable): In cases where hardware transportation by us is requested or required, Smart Cloud takes full responsibility for the safe and secure transport of your IT equipment. We use industry-standard packing materials and methods to protect your devices during transit, ensuring they arrive at the new location in perfect working condition.
Network & Communication Setup: Our team will design and implement the network infrastructure at your new location. This includes setting up cabling, routers, switches, and wireless networks. We’ll also ensure that your communication systems, including VoIP phones and email servers, are operational from day one.
Workstation Setup: We set up individual workstations, ensuring that all hardware is connected, configured, and tested. This includes computers, monitors, printers, and other peripherals. We also make sure that all software and applications are installed and running smoothly.
Post-Move Testing & Support: Once everything is in place, we conduct thorough testing to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly. We remain on-site or available remotely to provide immediate support and address any issues that may arise during the first few days in your new office.
